QUICK AND EASY FALL RECIPE

Heute habe ich ein schnelles und leckeres Rezept für euch - passend zur Jahreszeit. Viel Spaß beim Nachkochen und Guten Appetit!

Heute bin ich mit einem Geschenk im Gepäck von der Arbeit nach Hause gekommen - und zwar mit einem Kürbis. Den hat mir eine liebe Kollegion mitgenommen und ich musst ihn natürlich sofort verwerten und kosten.

Today I came home from work with a present - a sweet little pumpkin. A very nice colleague gave it to me and I just had to taste it.

Ich hatte eigentlich nicht vor, das Rezept für euch zu posten, sondern hatte einfach Hunger als ich nach Hause kam. Da es aber dann doch irgendwie lecker aussah, habe ich gedacht, ich halte es für euch fest. Die Bilder habe ich nur schnell mit dem Handy gemacht - also sorry für die Qualität. Aber es geht ja um den Inhalt.

Actually I didn´t want to share the recipe with you, I was just starving when I came home and quickly started to cook. But then it looked very interesting and I just took a few pictures for you with my phone. That´s why the qualitiy isn´t the best. But it´s about the food, not the pictures, right?

Zutaten:

(Vollkorn-) Nudeln

Kürbis

Schlagobers / Creme fine

Frühlingszwiebeln

Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch, Chili)

Zubereitung:

Wasser zum Kochen für die Nudeln aufsetzen. Währenddessen den Kürbis schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Frühlingszwiebeln anrösten und die Kürbisstückchen dazu geben. Mit Schlagobers / Creme fine aufgießen und kochen lassen, bis die Kürbisstückchen weich sind. Nudeln ebenfalls bissfest kochen. Würzen und anrichten :-)

What you need:

noodles

pumpkin

whipped cream

onion

spices (salt, pepper, garlic, chili)

Preparation:

Heat water for the noodles. Meanwhile peal the pumpkin and slice it into small pieces. Roast the onion and add the pumpkin pieces. After that, put some whipped cream in it and let it boil until the pumpkin is soft. Add some spices and voila - ready to eat!
