PERSONAL THOUGHTS, INSPIRATION, ...

ENG
Today I have a very untypical blogpost for you. It´s about personal thoughts about life and how I changed my life and start every day positively.

When I scroll through Instagram and stalk profiles, I usually think to myself "Wow, what a life!" Everything seems so perfect. Those girls live in big houses with a swimming pool and almost 50 rooms, have the newest handbags, shoes and clothes, etc. Their Chanel bags look perfect with a yummy smoothie and some flowers. You could get jealous.

When I have a look at my profile, it´s kind of the same thing. I also decorate my food to make it more beautiful. I pose in front of the mirror to make my legs look skinny and I use some filters to make my pictures look better and friendlier. So, I don´t show you my whole life as well. I just give you some impressions of the good life and blend out the negative side.
But actually I think that´s what Instagram is about. Nobody would be looking at dark and sad pics. Everyone wants to see the good and pretty stuff in life. So do I at least.
But everyone knows, that there is more behind all those pretty pictures. In the end we are all just human beings and as a human being you suffer from sadness, anger, stress, sickness, etc. from time to time.

Well, my life isn´t that nice as it might be looking on my pictures. I´m a person who worries a lot about all and everything. I was pretty negativ as well and tended to mess up my mood and that of my loved ones. Everytime something good happened, I used to worry and get scared instead of enjoying it. When I heard a lot of comments about me being so negativ, I decided to change my life into a more positiv and happier life. That´s what I did.
Luisa from Stylroulette used to be enthusiastic about the book "The Secret", because it helped her change her life. So I just bought it and hoped for the best (I also bought "The Magic" and "The Power"). I read the book within not even two days. There are such good exercises you can integrate in your everyday life. Ok, some of them are kind of creepy but all in all I really like the book and it helped me out in this tough time.

I also read the book "Die Kraft des Unterbewusstseins" and I like this one even more then "The Secret". Both books are about the law of attraction and how it affects your life, positively or negatively. "The Secret" means that you just have to think of something and it will magically appear in your life. I don´t really believe that. It´s really important to have some goals in your life and that you work for them to come true. To think of something will definitely help you to stay focused on your goals and to achieve them. But just thinking and waiting will not change anything at all. As I said, you have to get up and work for it as well.

Also it´s very important to be thankful. Be thankful for what you have in life, for all the loved ones and everything you have achieved. Being thankful will definitely change your life. I decided to start everyday with a positive thought. That means during brushing my teeth and getting ready I think about three things I´m thankful for in my life. And I promise - you will feel better the minute you think about things you are thankful for.

At the moment I´m really happy with my life. I found myself and am thankful for everything I have. Of course I have bad days as well, but especially on such days I try to smile.
I´m so thankful for my life and my loved ones and I´m looking forward on a bright and happy future.

In conclusion I just can say
